I've used various word clouds for promotional materials I've made in the past - wordle is not my word cloud of choice. Instead, I used Tagxedo - it lets you repeat the words and create custom shapes - really cool! My own word cloud in the shape of a cloud.. ironic ;-)
Tagxedo definitely has more customization options, but read their Terms of Service some time! They're running a business.
